We are seeking an Account Clerk to join our team in Gozo, Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department, ensuring that financial records are accurate, and assisting with various accounting duties.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including ledger accounts and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle general accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- In possession or in the process of obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Accounting/AAT, or attained an A Level in Accounts.
- Good communication skills in Maltese or English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
