We are seeking a responsible individual to manage the full operations of a small hotel. The right candidate would have previous experience working in hospitality in Front of House, Duty Management and have an understanding of all the different functions of the operations.
S/he will be required to prepare rosters for the small team, co-ordinate with housekeeping service providers, oversee Reception and ensure breakfast is prepared and served to the guests. S/he will ensure a high level of customer service from all staff.
Applicants must be confident, smart and able to speak fluently in English and one other language.
