How to create your First Job Listing on Jobsrar.com
Step 1: Login & Select “Post a New Job”
This is the first step in creating your job posting. Pretty simple, yet super exciting! Don’t have an employer account yet? Register now!!
Step 2: Mandatory Fields: Add Job title, Job Description, Job Type, Categories, Offered Salary, Experience, Qualification, Job Reference and Application Deadline Date.
Job Title.
Think about the job titles you used in your latest job postings on other platforms. Are they eye-catching, relatable? Put yourself in the candidates’ shoes. A job title is their first impression. If you were a job seeker what would you want to see? Why are you going to apply for this job and not another one? When you start to brainstorm, watch out for buzzwords, be clear and concise and more importantly, leave them a little curious to find out more.
Job Description.
It’s important to spark enough interest for candidates to want to interact with your company. Be sure to paint a picture of the position you’re looking to fill. Set expectations, outline responsibilities and add additional company requirements. Be careful not to focus on every detailed requirement.
Job Type
Please select a job type from the dropdown menu that suits your needs. Our candidates/jobseekers have the option to filter their job board based on the types of work they are interested in, so be sure to choose the right job type as well.
Categories
Please select one or multiple categories/industries from the dropdown menu that suits your needs. Our candidates/jobseekers have the option to filter their job board based on the categories they are interested in, so be sure to choose the right job type as well.
Offered Salary
Please select a price range from the dropdown menu that suits your needs. Our candidates/jobseekers have the option to filter their job board based on the offered salary they are interested in, so be sure to choose the right job type as well.
Experience
Please select the level of experience from the dropdown menu that suits your needs. Our candidates/jobseekers have the option to filter their job board based on the experience they have, so be sure to choose the right job type as well.
Qualification
Please select the level of qualification from the dropdown menu that suits your needs. Our candidates/jobseekers have the option to filter their job board based on the qualification they have, so be sure to choose the right job type as well.
Job Reference
Please provide a professional job reference for the mentioned job vacancy. Our candidates/jobseekers have the ability to contact employers/recruiters through their job board and the job reference will come helpful if you have more than one job posting.
Application Deadline Date
Please check and make sure that “Application Deadline Date” is setup with a future date. A Candidate can’t apply for the job listing after the submitted “Application Deadline Date” has been reached. So in other words, Application Deadline Date is the Closing Date until you want to receive applications from our job portal.
Step 3: Review, Select Package and Post
Make sure you’re happy with your post. Double check all of the information, correct any last-minute details, and once you think your post is perfect you’re ready to go!
