Job Overview

We are looking for a Training Specialist to join a growing iGaming company in Malta. If you are love training and developing people, and are accompanied by excellent communication skills, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Design and coordinate training plans for the department
  • Carry out orientation for new employees and provide induction training on company’s policies and procedures
  • Develop educational materials such as training manuals, presentations, and instructional videos
  • Ensure that all agents are trained regularly and are informed on new products and processes
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching
  • Liaise with team leaders and managers with regards to the departmental requirements

What are you expected to bring?

  • At least a year experience in a similar role
  • A very good knowledge of the iGaming sector and related products
  • Has a captivating presence and an emphatic disposition
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Be familiar with learning management systems
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment
