Join a winning team in 4-Star Hotel. As our next Sous Chef, you will have all the right qualifications at your level with experience in large hotels & banqueting. You would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the Hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have the following…
• 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef
• Culinary vocational degree a plus
• Experience in high capacity kitchens & banqueting
• Fluent spoken English a must
• Valid EU passport (preferred)
