Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Strategy and Policy Manager for a leading financial services company based in Malta. If you are a qualified lawyer with extensive expertise in regulations and policies, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Lead, coach and manage a multidisciplinary team in handling strategy and policy project of the company
  • Review and provide expert technical advice in setting yearly goals in relation to the development of proposals in key priority areas of the business
  • Be the main point of contact of the company’s legal, international affairs function and governmental bodies
  • Represent the company in EU and international fora as may be required
  • Allocate and coordinate team projects as well as compliance of policies and procedures 
  • Undertake other tasks/duties as developed by line management

What are you expected to bring?

  • An academic qualification in Law, Accountancy, Insurance, Banking and Finance
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of the legal and financial sector
  • Be flexible and dynamic; adding value to a multidisciplinary team responsible for the exercise of the above functions
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
