Job Overview

Answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors;

  • Performing general administrative tasks and providing clerical support;
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence and deliveries, and keeping mail records;
  • Filing of documents and updating client files;
  • Booking travel, hotels and seminars/conferences for staff members.
  • Experience

    • Candidates with training and/or previous experience in front desk and/or office administration will be preferred.

    Personal Skills

    • Fluency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must;
    • Fluency in other languages will be considered an asset;
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer software;
    • A great team spirit and “can do” attitude;
    • Exposure to working with international clients involved in a wide array of industries;
