Malta’s premier Catering Company is looking for Pastry (Chef de Partie) Chef. The selected applicants must be team players, with a passion for high quality pastry creations. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Pastry Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie (Pastry) will assist in the preparation and service of all sections in the Pastry Kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have the following…
• Secondary school diploma
• 2 year vocational degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience at current level
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Commitment to excellence, strong team player
• Good spoken English.
