Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Map various customer and partner journeys and plan for the appropriate content for each step;
  • Assist in the development of content for demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, webinars, calls to action and any other relevant content to support the campaigns;
  • Implement and tweak marketing automation lead nurturing and drip campaigns;
  • Be the main liaison with email marketing platform vendors;
  • Continuously identify, define, share and update the Company’s email marketing and lead automation best practices, rules and guidelines;
  • Collaborate with Sales and IT on the development of lead management processes, which will include lead definitions, lead scoring models, service level agreements, business and routing rules, lead nurturing programs, etc;
  • Support the technical implementation of campaign strategies including contact strategies and flows, lead routing, lead scoring, lead modelling, lead nurturing, lead fatigue and opt-out across all media channels;
  • Be responsible for the running and development of our email marketing and automation platform and continuously ensure that our email marketing practices adhere to the latest best practices;
  • Assist and provide counsel to the marketing teams to configure, build and test campaigns in the marketing and sales automation tools;
  • Advise on and administer AB testing programs for email marketing campaigns and serve as an advisor to our web design and copywriting teams, ensuring best practices are implemented for email marketing;
  • Create dynamic marketing dashboards for consistent communication and reporting and to continuously improve email marketing and nurturing performance;


  • Experience in developing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns, with a strong background in email marketing.

Personal Skills

  • Ability to run AB tests and implement the necessary changes depending on results;
  • Understanding of how to manage and implement a lead management process through the buying cycle: data, lead qualification, lead routing, lead nurturing and metrics;
  • Proficiency in the use of email marketing and/or automation platforms;
  • Ability to research, keep abreast of and share findings on best practices;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative, team-spirited approach;
  • Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines;
  • Dynamic, proactive and structured approach to work.
