Job Overview

We are currently seeking to recruit a Lawyer for one of our clients, a fast-growing corporate services provider. If you have experience within the financial services industry and you are passionate about FinTech, this could be the right job for you!
What is expected of you?

  • Liaise with clients, handle applications, draft contracts
  • Prepare prospectuses and other documentation in relation to the issuance of transferable securities
  • Advise clients or third parties on regulatory issues
  • Work with the DLT and deal with leading international companies within the FinTech sector
  • Participate in international conferences

What are you expected to bring?

  • Be a qualified lawyer
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in the financial services sector
  • Previous experience related to VFAs is an asset
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Be a proficient MS Office user
