Job Overview

The Xara Collection is looking for passionate and hard-working Kitchen Porters to join our Kitchen family.

The group’s diversified portfolio comprises of the award-winning fine dining de Mondion perched on Mdina’s bastions, the cosy al fresco Trattoria located in the palace’s courtyard but as well, catering services and the Xara Lodge, an events centre just outside Mdina.

The common thread: we pride ourselves in featuring a cuisine that is second to none and focuses not only on the quality of its dishes but as well on innovation and experience.

The impact you will have:

All our outlets are individual in their own way, just like our Kitchen team.

You’ll provide and support an outside dining experience, ensuring service, quality, and consistency, within a clean and safe environment for all. You will ensure all Kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and stored correctly and always deliver the highest of food safety standards.

With a strong focus on sustainability and a zero-waste approach in the kitchen, the Xara Collection is a place where the whole team works together to provide a memorable dining experience to our guests.
