Jr. & Sous Chef level Chefs needed in Malta

Malta’s premier Catering Company is looking for a Jr. and Sous Chef level Chefs to work in restaurants and/or catering facilities…You will be an experienced Sous Chef at your current level, experience in large kitchen, with fluent English and at least 2-3 years at current level. You will report directly to: Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

The ideal candidate will have the following…
• High school or secondary school diploma,
• Culinary vocational degree a plus
• 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef at current level
• Knowledge of operations, high capacity kitchens, banqueting
• Commitment to excellence in guest service
• Strong team-player
• Fluent spoken English a must
• Valid EU passport (preferred)

• €1,600 – 1,800 / mo (depends on level & exp.)

• 1 year full-time contract 40 hr work week
