What is expected of you?

  • Monitor and coordinate requests logged in the transport booking system and requests received for emergency errands
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance
  • Archive documents and/or shred classified documentation
  • Carry out errands related to procurement as deemed necessary
  • Coordinate Hospitality aids
  • Conduct general maintenance works (non-technical) and other ad-hoc duties that may arise

What are you expected to bring?

  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements emanating from legislation
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English and Maltese
  • Hold a License A
