English Communication School in Sliema is seeking a full-time Front Office Administrator to join our team and look after our international English language students.
The position covers a wide range of administrative and operational tasks including customer service, student liaison, dealing with suppliers and service providers, dealing with and supporting local host families and seeking new ones, internal and external communications, handling bookings and the school filing system and many other tasks involved in the day-to-day operation of a busy language school.
The preferred candidate should possess the following:
Strong communication and people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficiency in oral and written English and (preferably) Maltese
Sound working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Proven experience in a similar or relevant position
Driving licence and a car
Valid work permit
