Job Overview

Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Customer Sales Agent (Receptionist) on a Full-Time basis, withinthe Front Office Department.


The successful candidate should be anenergetic individual, who enjoys working with people, possesses excellentcommunication and customer care skills and is fluent in the use of Computersystems.


This position will assist in thefollowing:


  1. Welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring an enjoyable and hassle freestay.

  2. Maximising revenue through Rooms and Food & Beverage up sellingwhilst managing other related targets set by the department.

  3. Handling guest comments and queries and exceeding their expectations.

  4. General Front Office duties.


    The Candidate should have a smartappearance, a minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferablywithin a five star environment in a similar role, and an excellent command ofthe English language. 


    An ITS qualification (or similar), knowledge of theOpera system and knowledge of Maltese would be favourable considered. Otherforeign languages especially Russian, German, French and Italian will also beconsidered an asset.
