What is expected of you?

  • Create policies and procedures to ensure timely payment of balances
  • Process the income of funds and payments
  • Manage the credit checks and due diligence on hire purchase clients
  • Resolve accounts queries and ensure clients satisfaction and retention
  • Reconcile payments and deadlines
  • Monitor and report outstanding balances to the Accounts team
  • Oversee and maintain record of all debtor details

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working experience within the financial sector and credit control will be considered an asset
  • Have strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Highly organized with a can do attitude and a keen eye for detail
