Diligex is seeking the right candidates to provide routine compliance and due-diligence
products and services to its clients. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the selected
Administrator will form part of a back-office due-diligence team, working exclusively on
client compliance and anti-money laundering procedures. The selected person will be
responsible to provide constant support services and products, which are to be delivered to
clients within pre-set time frames. The job shall require office and administrative tasks to be
carried out via bespoke software platform, whilst co-ordinating all in-house procedures to
efficiently provide a sterling service to our clients.
THE JOB DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE:
Obtaining, processing and filing all documentation and records for clients.
Carrying out online searches and checks.
Developing job knowledge and skills in compliance and due-diligence.
Maintaining international standards of service and following strict policies and procedures in
providing a high-level service to all our clients.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 A-level
Definitely an organised administrator
Task driven and deadline-oriented
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Motivated and capable of performing under pressure
Proficient with Computer software and Office applications
Ideally smart, outgoing, polite and respectful
Whilst experience or suitable qualifications within the field of compliance and due-diligence,
or any related field would be considered an asset, such qualities are not a requirement. The
company shall provide professional training to the selected candidate. Applicants must
possess a sound knowledge of spoken and written English.
