Job Overview

Tencoins Ltd, software development company, is looking for a Director in Malta.

An exciting opportunity for those, who want to work remotely (should be based in Malta) and have an additional source of income. Flexible working hours, friendly and like-minded colleagues!This is a non-executive position.

Job description & Responsibilities:

– Oversee the operations of the company and administrative tasks

– Read all submitted reports by company managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems

– Control payments of invoices

– Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

– Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities

– File reports

Requirements:

– At least basic knowledge of tax law and accounting

– Professionalism

– Reliability

– Being ethical and thorough

– G-suite proficiency

Conditions:

– Part-time (can be an additional job)
