What is expected of you?

  • Secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Guide and mentor employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Submit reports to the CEO as necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
  • Handle the company HR queries

What are you expected to bring?

  • A proven track record as a COO or in a relevant role in the Financial Services industry
  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field; a Masters/MBA is a plus
  • Good understanding of business functions such as HR and Finance
  • Working knowledge of IT / Business infrastructure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience working alongside the local authorities
