If you thrive in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you! A client of ours is seeking to recruit a Building Services Coordinator to be part of their professional team.

What is expected of you?

  • Assist in scheduling appointments with contractors and the coordination and implementation of SLAs
  • Follow up on preventive maintenance program execution
  • Assist in maintaining the housekeeping of facilities
  • Assist in monitoring and filling overtime, part timers and/or contractors’ sheets
  • Take ownership of facilities’ petty cash
  • Assist in drafting technical reports, allocating car park spaces and drivers’ cars maintenance
  • Assist in technical procurement, stock inventory and archiving documentation
  • Conduct other ad hoc duties that may be required

What are you expected to bring?

  • Working experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements emanating from legislation
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English and Maltese
  • Hold a License A
